XLRI PGDM(GM) has completed the CXO Series Interaction: Shridhar Rajgopalan, Managing Director, ATCI, Accenture

ओXLRI JAMSHEDPUR: The event began with an Inaugural Address by Aswin Mohan along with Jasmine Joy, student at XLRI Jamshedpur, who welcomed the guest speaker, Mr. Shridhar Rajgopalan, along with Rajeev George who is a Recruiting Analyst at Accenture, and the students of the PGDM (GMP) offered bouquets.

The session’s guest was Mr. Shridhar Rajgopalan, who is the Managing Director, Advanced Technology Center-India (ATCI), Accenture
Shridhar Rajgopalan leads Accenture Song in Advanced Technology Centres in India. Shridhar is an industry thought leader in the area of business experience. He regularly speaks in various global industry forums and holds multiple patents.
Being a firm believer in diversity and inclusion, he leads the sustainability agenda for ATCI to create value for the clients, employees, and the community. He has also worked on the technology-led transformation to help underprivileged women create and sustain micro businesses.
Shridhar gave insights regarding the current dynamic environment that we live in, the current industry & market trends. He explained how Accenture is delivering a successful Compressed digital transformation strategy through its 360-degree value strategy with importance and focus on experience. He also talked about creating leadership future for the clients through its 5 Forces – total enterprise reinvention, talent, sustainable business, the metaverse continuum, and ongoing technology revolution. He shared many interesting client experiences and examples that drive compressed transformation, enabling optimization, speed, growth and relevance for the these clients. He also shared Accenture’s views on Innovation which is reflected in its “research to results” framework leading to 8500+ patents. On people front, he talked about change being constant and how “mindset” matters more than the skills.
