Bina Devi wins 21 day weight loss challenge at Stay Fit Club in Sonari

Jamshedpur. 21. Days Vat Loss Challenge was organized at Stay Fit Club Sonari in which total 36 participants participated from 05th June to 25th June.

People lost a total of 65 kg from 6.7 kg to 0.600 kg. In various competitions, people have been honored with flowers and prizes by the director Manoj Kumar Das.

In Weight Loss Challenge, Bina Devi stood first with 6.7 kg weight loss, Prachitra Adak stood second with 5 kg and Moumita Ghosh stood third with 4.6 kg. Apart from this, 11 more people Pramod Kumar, Anju Mahato, Delco Soren, Kalpana Choudhary, Jarita Rai, Shanti Besra, Madhulika, CK Sharma and Manjeet Kaur who lost weight from 4.3 kg to 2.4 kg were also awarded.

During the challenge, those who followed the diet plan, attended classes for online guidelines and were present at the club daily. He was also honored for his presence.

On this occasion, Director Manoj Kumar, Fitness Coach TP Chatterjee, Khushboo, Arun Kumar and Satish Chandra Tiwari gave health related information to the participants. Senior citizens and newly appointed coaches Mr. Tiwari and Chatterjee were specially felicitated
