AVENSIS is a platform to shine the strobe light on the trailblazers and celebrate their success stories of inspiring leadership. The platform, via standalone addresses, fireside chats, and roundtable discussions, will focus on delving deeper into understanding how these ‘Paladins’ have crafted their success and induce an urgent need for the organizations to be future-ready.

The Conclave will aim to accelerate a new kind of leadership at the forefront of the new business logic, which integrates mission and benefits. It will also act as a powerful forum for shared learnings, cross borders experience, cross-sectoral interaction, and analysis expertise to accelerate progress, delivered by proactive cooperation for scalable results.

The Conclave will commence with Lighting the Lamp and Inaugural Address by Director Fr. S George, S. J., XLRI Jamshedpur, and Dr. Fr. Donald D’Silva, S J, Dean [Administration & Finance], XLRI Jamshedpur.
