Weight Loss Challenge participants were recognised and honoured by STAY FIT CLUB Sonari.

Jamshedpur : A weight Loss Challenge competition was organised by STAY FIT CLUB located near Sonari Aerodrome. The winners were honoured in a felicitation ceremony held on Friday at the Club campus. In this occasion the Chief Fitness Coach, Diet and Nutrition Expert Sri Manoj Kumar Das gave health tips to the participants and other audience. Ms Khushbu and other senior coaches also spoke about how to keep oneself fit and the measures to be taken for a healthy life.

The Fitness Coaches S/Sri Manoj Kumar Das, Arun Kumar Prasad, Khushbu, TP Chatterjee and Ashutosh Kumar Singh were present in the occasion. Participants shared the experiences of their weight loss journey and told to the audiences how they lost their Fat.

At the end all participants and guests enjoyed the tastes of delicious dishes.
